Cell Migration Analysis

Name of Plugin/Operator:
CellMigrationAnalyzer (since MiToBo version 1.3)

Description:

Segments and tracks fluorescently labeled cells from time lapse image sequences
Besides descriptors characterizing migratory behaviour, morphological as well as fluorescence changes are reported
